Our Story

Clean & Fresh Ltd was founded in 2007 with the goal of providing exceptional cleaning services to domestic and commercial clients. We are proud members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and hold the Woolsafe Gold Star Membership, a mark of excellence in the cleaning industry.

• Rug Cleaning: Our rug cleaning service is designed to expertly clean high-quality tufted and hand-knotted wool rugs off-site in our workshop. We also clean modern rugs made from synthetic fibres, Indian, Moroccan, Persian, and Turkish rugs using low-moisture methods.
• Stain Removal: Our dedicated stain removal team is trained to remove stubborn stains and marks using a range of solutions and gel products.
• Moth Treatments: Our experienced technicians will treat your carpets and rugs for moth infestations, ensuring your belongings are protected from these pesky insects.

Our Cleaning Process

Our team of experts follows a multi-step industry-standard cleaning process, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness for our clients. Our cleaning process includes:

1. Dry Soil Removal: We use a powerful upright vacuum cleaner to remove dry soil, grit, and dust from the carpet.

2. Pre-treatment: We apply an eco-friendly pre-conditioning spray to break down remaining soil and separate it from the carpet fibres.

3. Spot Removal: We individually treat spots and marks with a range of solutions and gel products to remove them.

4. Agitation: We brush the carpet to increase the chances of the cleaning solution contacting the soil deep in the carpet.

5. Extraction: We rinse the carpet with hot water to remove all residual soil.

6. Drying and Pile Setting: We ensure the carpet is expertly dried and the pile is set to prevent matting.
