CAS Contract Cleaning Ltd is a professional cleaning business that has been established since 1990. Over the years, we have grown and developed our business by offering a quality service, delivering contracts on time, and within budget. Our main objective is to retain our clients, and we currently employ over 100 staff to ensure that we meet the requirements of our service providers. Quality Control

Quality control is of paramount importance to us, and we aim to inspect 70% of properties on a monthly basis. To maintain the highest standard of service, our Quality Control Manager randomly selects properties where two tenants are asked to answer a quality control questionnaire. This ensures that our clients are satisfied with the service we provide, and it allows us to identify any areas where we can improve. Health and Safety

At CAS, we place great emphasis on ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and the general public. We work in partnership with Alastair White Associates, who act as our Health & Safety consultants. Our Health & Safety Policy and COSHH Risk Assessments are prepared by Alastair White Associates to meet the specific needs of our business. We have robust procedures in place to ensure that our staff are trained and equipped to carry out their duties safely and efficiently.

Communal Stair Cleaning Programme

Within our communal stair cleaning programme, we operate an in-house quality control system. All work undertaken by CAS Contract Cleaning is monitored by a member of our supervisory/management team. We take pride in delivering a high-quality service, and we work hard to ensure that all communal areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. Our system ensures that we maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and it allows us to identify any areas where we can improve.
