Disappointing Experiences
One reviewer, Zoe Alexander, had a terrible experience with the cleaning company. She went for an interview, was told she could start the next day, and then had to bring her poorly son to the appointment. Despite apologizing and sending a message to the manager on Monday to update them on her son's condition, she received no response and was told they were full on cleaners and wouldn't be inviting her in again. Zoe felt the professionalism was terrible and she wasn't given a second chance.

On the other hand, C. Dizzle had an excellent experience with the cleaning company. They've been using their services for two years and have consistently been pleased with the communication from the owners regarding schedule changes and the lovely cleaning staff. The standard clean service they receive is also top-notch.
