BRS Cleaning Contractors

We have been operating as a familyowned construction cleaning specialist since 2013, giving us over a decade of proven experience. Our teams are trained to deliver comprehensive afterbuilders cleaning across a wide range of project sizes and values. We understand the stringent handover standards required by tier1 contractors and consistently meet or exceed them. Our expertise includes deep cleaning, window cleaning, waste removal and specialised mastic application to ensure immaculate finishes. We employ a rigorous qualitycontrol process that involves multiple inspections before a site is signed off. When clients face tight handover deadlines, we mobilise additional resources to maintain schedules without compromising safety.

Our nationwide reach, with bases in London and Essex, enables us to support construction sites throughout the United Kingdom. We have successfully completed cleaning for highprofile venues such as the 3Ts Hospital in Brighton and the Hoxton Hotel in London. Our commitment to sustainability means we use environmentally responsible cleaning agents wherever possible. We maintain full transparency with clients through detailed reporting and open communication throughout each project. By consistently delivering on our promises, we have earned repeat business from leading contractors and a reputation as the preferred afterbuilders cleaning partner.
