Our Process
At Pro-Smart Window Cleaning, we pride ourselves on our efficient and efficient process. We visit our customers once every 4, 6, or 8 weeks, offering three different window cleaning rotas. Our most popular option is our once every 6-week cleaning option, ensuring that your windows, frames, and sills remain clean all year round.
Our process begins with a notification sent to our customers at 6 pm the evening before our scheduled visit. We believe in transparency and communication, ensuring our customers are always informed of our arrival. Once on-site, we require access to your property and carry out our services. Payment is made easy and automated, with payments taken 5-7 days after the clean has taken place.
