Services
Mattress cleaning
Our professional mattress cleaning service utilises a patented 5-step process to remove deep-seated contaminants. Using high-powered vibration and suction technology, we extract dust mites, allergens, and stains from all mattress types. The treatment includes enzymatic deodorisation and pH balancing to restore hygiene and prolong mattress life. This service benefits allergy sufferers by significantly reducing asthma and eczema triggers while maintaining material integrity through non-invasive methods.
Dust mite removal
Specialised dust mite elimination treatment employs UV-C light and HEPA filtration to destroy allergens at their source. Our organic, chemical-free process removes up to 99.97% of dust mites and their waste particles from mattresses, carpets, and upholstery. The dry method ensures immediate usability while creating protective barriers against future infestations. This service provides measurable relief for allergy sufferers, with effects lasting 6-12 months.
Carpet cleaning
Professional carpet cleaning combines pre-vacuuming, high-pressure rinsing, and twin extraction to remove embedded dirt. Our Woolsafe certified technicians use pH-balanced solutions that preserve fibre quality while eliminating stains and odours. The process includes pile alignment for aesthetic finish and employs protective sheeting to maintain property cleanliness during treatment. This service restores carpet appearance and extends lifespan through deep pile penetration.
Upholstery cleaning
Upholstery restoration uses tailored methods for fabric and leather surfaces. Our technicians employ high-pressure extraction and spot treatment techniques to remove stains from juice, coffee, and ink. The virtually dry process minimises disruption while maintaining material integrity. This service addresses both aesthetic concerns and hygiene factors, effectively removing allergens and bacteria from domestic and commercial soft furnishings.
Stain removal
Targeted stain removal specialists handle urine, blood, and scuff marks using enzyme-based solutions. The process involves pre-treatment assessment to determine optimal methods for each stain type and material composition. Our technicians employ vibration-assisted extraction for deep penetration while preventing stain setting. This service prioritises material preservation alongside complete stain elimination, with specific protocols for memory foam and sprung mattresses.
