Overall Satisfaction
The majority of the reviewers were extremely satisfied with the cleaning service, with two out of three reviewers giving a perfect 5-star rating. The third reviewer, however, was extremely dissatisfied and gave only 1 star.
Positive Feedback
The cleaning team arrived promptly and did a thorough job, with excellent communication before and during the service. One reviewer in particular, Emil Spasov, praised the excellent service provided by Andon, who did an amazing job cleaning his carpets.
Negative Feedback
There were three negative reviews, with one reviewer (Mob Units) stating that they were ripped off and still charged for work despite it not being completed. Another reviewer (Jane Palmer) was very dissatisfied with the service, citing issues with missed areas, poor cleaning standards, and unmet promises.
