Services
Kitchen Cleaning
Grease accumulation in kitchens is unavoidable and requires professional cleaning to ensure compliance with health regulations. Our service addresses all areas, from floors and walls to extraction systems and ancillary equipment. We offer a flexible cleaning schedule and provide certification that satisfies environmental health, fire safety, and insurance standards, tailored to your specific needs.
Extraction and Canopy Cleaning
No matter how efficient your canopy filters are at trapping grease particles, it is inevitable that grease deposits will start building up within the kitchen extraction and canopy. If you don't undertake duct cleaning on a regular basis, over time the grease will become baked on and carbonised. This is extremely difficult to remove, thus reducing the effectiveness of the extraction system, shortening the ducting and fan's life and creating a serious fire hazard within the kitchen. In addition bacteria will develop in the fatty moist deposits, this is hazardous to health and a food source for cockroaches.
Fly Screens & PVC Curtains
Specialist fly screen and PVC curtain installation is offered through on-site mobile workshops, producing bespoke solutions for each client. Every product is designed for high durability and visual appeal while meeting fire and hygiene regulations. We additionally provide DIY fly screens, chain link curtains, and a variety of PVC accessories to suit any requirement.
Catering Equipment
Membership in the UKs premier catering equipment buying consortium allows us to offer competitive rates and consistently excellent value. By integrating multiple catering services, overheads are efficiently distributed, and savings are delivered to clients. With over 25 years experience, our dedicated team provides professional, knowledgeable, and friendly support to commercial catering operations.

We have been using CHS to clean our commercial kitchen extraction for a number of years. The communication is always good with confirmation emails before, and a report and pictures after the clean. Their staff do a good job and over the years they have been very reliable and done a good job of keeping the extractor & ductwork clean.
