Our Story

Our background in customer services and project management has enabled us to start a successful new business venture, specializing in window cleaning using a pure water, reach-and-wash pole system. We have a keen interest in the architectural and design merits of properties, which allows us to develop a particularly close working relationship with our clients. This has resulted in us being entrusted with high-calibre interior cleans on design and conversion projects.

Our Approach

As a chemically intolerant individual, Vince included, we have made it a priority to establish our procedures using chemical-free cleaning products wherever possible. Our Services

At Electrum Cleaning, we offer a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our services include:

Reach & Wash Pole System: Using purified, particle-free, de-ionized water, we clean windows up to 3 floors high, conservatories, facias, soffits, gutter profiles, and cladding. We always clean the frames, sills, and doors, not just the glass.
Traditional Window Cleaning: We use the traditional applicator and blade method to clean interior windows and bungalows. Our team will also use a pole for outside cleaning and the traditional method inside.
Contract Cleaning: We offer contract cleaning services for domestic and commercial clients, letting agencies, and property developers, offices, shops, and public buildings.
Other Services: We provide end-of-tenancy/new-tenancy window cleans, builders' window cleans, and spring cleans.
