Services
Driveway Cleaning
Our professional driveway cleaning removes moss, weeds, and stains from block paving, tarmac, and imprinted concrete. Using low-pressure soft washing techniques, we eliminate organic growth at its roots while preserving surface integrity. The process includes kiln-dried sand replenishment and optional sealing with Smartseal products to maintain appearance and prevent future staining. This service extends driveway lifespan while enhancing kerb appeal.
Roof Cleaning
Specialist roof cleaning removes moss, lichen, and algae from tiles and slates. Our method combines manual debris removal with biocide treatment to prevent regrowth. Using elevated access equipment, we safely clean roofs up to four stories without ladder movement, minimising disruption. The process prevents water retention damage and extends roof lifespan while maintaining structural integrity through environmentally responsible practices.
Commercial Window Cleaning
Professional commercial window cleaning for multi-storey buildings and large facilities. Our reach-and-wash pure water system removes mineral deposits and grime without chemicals, leaving streak-free finishes. Certified operatives with CSCS cards use extendable poles for safe, efficient cleaning of hard-to-reach areas. This service maintains professional appearances while reducing maintenance costs through longer-lasting results.
Steam Cleaning
High-temperature steam cleaning (up to 150C) sanitises masonry, stone, and brickwork without chemicals. Effective for heritage conservation, this method removes biological growth, paint residues, and graffiti while preserving substrate integrity. Ideal for Grade II listed buildings and sensitive environments, the low-pressure process kills organic spores and prepares surfaces for restoration treatments.
Gutter Clearance
Comprehensive gutter maintenance using high-powered equipment to remove debris from ground level up to four-storey heights. Our method prevents water damage by ensuring proper drainage while eliminating health and safety risks associated with traditional ladder work. Regular maintenance prevents costly repairs to fascias, roofs, and foundations through proactive blockage removal.
