Our Story

Established in 2009, Avanti has grown significantly over the years, with a turnover of over 1 million and a team of over 220 staff members. Our success has been built on the principles of quality, performance, and value for money. Our Directors

Our directors, Simon Jordan, Nicola Upfold, and Helen King, have extensive experience in the office and commercial cleaning industry. Simon has a background in property services and is responsible for developing our extensive business base and attracting new clients. Nicola comes from a highly professional customer services background and is responsible for all accounting and financial matters relating to the business. Helen was appointed as Area Director with Lawrence and Tester and subsequently managed and ran an impressive portfolio of office and commercial cleaning contracts throughout the South East.

• Commercial window cleaning with specialist knowledge of tall buildings and the use of the pole and reach system

• One-off commissions such as new homes, spring cleans, and post-fire and flood damage
• Pressure washer cleaning, gutter clearance, and graffiti removal
• Ground maintenance services
