Job Quality
The quality of job seems to be inconsistent, with some customers receiving excellent services while others have poor experiences. Mark Allin, who gave the company 5 stars, reported a professionally done job with good communication from the technician. On the other hand, Mark, who gave 1 star, was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided, stating that the job was poorly done, and the technician was unprofessional.
Communication

The technician did not listen to requests to re-clean certain areas and did not take necessary precautions to ensure a tidy work environment, particularly with a 17-month-old baby in the household.
Price
The price for the service seems to be reasonable, with Mark paying 75 for a single oven cleaning job. However, this did not translate to a satisfactory experience for him.
Comparison
It's worth noting that the company's business ceased trading, making it difficult for customers to get a refund or make amends in the event of a poor experience.
